So I've been living in this new city, not really knowing anyone, and working exclusively from home. I think my brain was starting to atrophy. So I went back out into the world! Meeting new people! Getting to see art! Putting on pants and leaving the house! So many benefits!

I'm also grateful that I don't have to climb the "Rocky" steps everyday. Back entrances are always way better.

Seriously! So busy! Luckily it's with good stuff! I'm sure regular comics will resume next week though, not to worry!

Quite a crazy day. Water slowly making its way across the basement floor. I can happily say that it was quickly taken care of with minimal damage! Whoo! Only some slightly soggy boxes!

Totally unrelated: I may be taking on some part-time work soon. Not much else I can say about it, at least at the moment.

I sure do love my little back garden. Even though it's been raining here the last few days, I've been sure to head out there and enjoy as much of the rare moments of sunshine as possible.I swear I did actually do some gardening though. Ripped up all the old plants from the previous tenant (I do feel bad about that, they seemed like pretty nice flowers), and planted plenty of veggies, herbs, flowers, beans, etc. Now that things are planted, I just have to wait patiently with a beer and book for everything to flourish.
