I am sometimes disappointed that pouches didn't really catch on. I could keep snacks, my phone, ammo for my giant nineties-style comic book gun. The possibilites are truly endless, but am I brave enough to try and make that look work in real life? Nope. I'm not.

I'm having real mixed feelings regarding the new Star Wars movies. We are sacrificing like thirty years of universe-building for a few new movies? That's pretty tough to swallow. I guess I'll just have to hope for the best! I know Li'l Logan would be far more upset about it that I am though. He's not prepared to handle this kind of news.

I would highly recommend this strategy to anyone who is moving to a new place. It really does make you feel instantly more comfortable in your new home. Karaoke is weirdly intimate. Remember Lorne from Angel? He could read people's destiny when they did karaoke. The basic idea that people bear their souls when singing is a pretty sound theory.

Plus, when you go to the grocery store or whatever later, you can see people and just think to yourself "I remember when you sang Blue's Traveler, you can't hide yourself from me, deli worker!"

Cross-country move checklist: Internet set up? Check. Cats made the trip? Check. Stuff arrived unbroken? Mostly check. Studio set up? Like half a check. So I'm back in business!

I'm still finishing up some moving stuff, but once that's all squared away I'll be working on getting my store set up and online! I'll give information as I get it!
