These comics and the other weekly comic I do (Dumb Ideas), take up about 80% of my work time, but were never meant to be the focus of my work, just dumb jokes and such. So the question is, do I keep working on them and make them the focus? Do I just try to find ways to speed up my work? Or do I abandon them entirely to focus my time elsewhere?
Well, I don't have a definitive answer at the moment, but I intend to both simplify and sinceri-tize (sincerity-ize? sincere-ify?) the webcomics. Hopefully, I can make them into something that takes less time and possibly is a bit more satisfying. We'll see how it goes!
Seriously, stapling is painful. My poor poor wrist.
That being said, nice to switch off my brain and do some mindless repetetive manual labor! Rewatched all of Game of Thrones. Good stuff. And I'm still not event close to finished! Hurray!
Wow... That was a lot of lettering. No more lecture comics! I'm going to pass out from hours of arranging text and speech bubbles, sheesh.
I feel like this is an important message to deliver to the masses though! People must know the importance of taquitos as a tool for healthy relationships! If you don't spend one night per week eating taquitos with your significant other, you're doing things wrong. There. I said it.
The second of two little mini-comics (first here) I did during my week in Wisconsin. I don't actually fish, so this isn't really an issue that ever comes up for me. I am the one always sitting and reading on the fishing boat while everyone else is doing all those fish things.
Anywho, I do still love the northern Wisconsin wilderness. It's pretty nice to visit for short periods of time
